Neoksantinska sintaza (EC 5.3.99.9, NSY) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom violaksantin—neoksantin izomeraza (epoksidno otvaranje).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
