Sporulenolna sintaza (EC 4.2.1.137, sqhC (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tetraprenil-beta-kurkumen—sporulenol ciklaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
