Terpinolenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.113, ag9, PmeTPS2, LaLIMS_RR) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira terpinolen).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
