Психологија рада

Психологија рада (пословна психологија) је огранак психологије који проучава зависност успеха у раду од различитих психичких фактора, као и утицај појединих врста послова и радних услова на психички живот оних који раде. Најразвијенији део психологије рада јесте индустријска психологија, која се бави психолошким питањима рада у индустрији. Крајни циљ је хуманизација рада са људима уз постизање што веће ефикасности и остваривања максималног индивидуалног и колективног потенцијала. Пословни психолог се бави саветовањем, обуком, унапређењем људских ресурса као и психофизиолошким и организацијским аспектима рада, да би се обезбедио индивидуални успех и просперитет запослених у свим областима па са тим и сигуран успјех и боље пословање предузећа.

Психологија рада настала је у Америци у периоду индустријализације (крајем XIX века). Тејлор је веома допринео овој области. Радио је као инжењер у Фордовим фабрикама у којима је уводио принципе научне организације рада. Оснивач психологије рада је Американац немачког порекла Хјуго Минстерберг.

Да би организација одговорила захтевима модерног доба, неопходно је вршити квалитетну и ефикасну регрутацију и селекцију, одабрати праве људе за посао и ефикасно користити људске потенцијале, мотивисати раднике, елиминисати одсуства, увести праведно награђивање, системе напредовања и доносити одлуке на основу тренутних информација. Стручна селекција и оријентација запослених омогућује да запослени буду добро распоређени, и то на основу својих способности, склоности и мотивисаности за рад и да у компанији прави човек буде на правом месту.

Пословни психолози су познаваоци основа психологије рада, психологије менаџмента, психологије маркетинга, управљања људским ресурсима, организационог понашања, психологије успеха, пословних комуникација, саветовања, правних прописа с подручја рада и радних односа, здравственог осигурања и здравствене заштите, социјалне заштите и заштите на раду. Морају познавати законе и законске прописе, интерне прописе предузећа или организације у којој су запослени (статут, правилнике, уговоре, колективне уговоре). Задужени су за креирање кадровске документације, учествовање у обрачун плате запослених и извештаје по задатим критеријумима за велики број запослених.
