English: Khovd Aimag has changed their flag (and COA) again, apparently in spring/summer 2014. The elements of the flag are:

. Our vast and eternal sky
. Our snowy heights of the altai
. Our waters of streams, springs, rivers, and creeks
. The Spirits of the Oirats; 10 stars symbolizing 10 tribes

. Цаст өндөр алтай минь
. Ус мөрөн, рашаан булаг, гол, горхн минь
. Ойрд гэсэн санаа; 10 ширхэг од ны 10 ястан үндэстэнг илэрхийлнэ
