Photocon / Фотокон
Photocon – emoticon that contains photograph that describes certain feeling, manifestation or phenomenon, is also the next step in the evolution of linear writing. (photocon: blend of photograph and icon)
From the moment of its creation, emoticon evolves. The original emoticon (ASCII-Emoticon), a smiley face, is composed of three characters (colon, dash, and parentheses). This then evolves into an icon (SVG smiley). The next step in evolution, e.g. Skype, emoticon becomes an illustrated animation (GIF smiley). In the near future, the emoticon will contain a photograph, and will become photocon. About evolution of linear writing into photographs, as of phenomenon already wrote Vilem Flusser in his book "The Philosophy of Photography", but he did not give a name to it. Photocons will replace linear writing as it carries more information than a single letter ("photograph speaks a thousand words"), thus which will radically accelerate communication between people.
Фотокон – Емотикон који садржи фотографију која описује одређено осјећање, појаву или феномен, a следећи je корак у еволуцији линеарног писма. (фотокон: назив скован од ријечи фотографија и икона)
Од момента свог настанка, емотикон еволуира. Првобитни емотикон (ASCII-Emoticon) који је представљао смајли (smiley face) састављен је од три знака интерпункције (двотачка, црта и заграда). Такав емотикон затим еволуира у икону (SVG smiley). Да би у следећем кораку еволуције, примјер је Скајп (Skype), емотикон постао илустрована анимација (GIF smiley). У ближој будућности емотикон ће садржати фотографију, те ће постати фотокон. О еволуцији линеарног писања у фотографије као феномену већ је писао Вилем Флусер (Vilem Flusser) у свом дјелу „Филозофија фотографије“, али томе није дао назив. Фотоконима ће се писати умјесто слова, јер ће један фотокон носити више информација него једно слово („фотографија говори хиљаду ријечи“), те ће се на тај начин комуникација између људи радикално убрзати.
