Понекад се на базама затекне више играча.
 
Када се изређају сви ударачи једног тима онда тимови мењају места. Када су се сви играчи појавили на месту ударача то време се назива Циклус (''Inning''). Оваквих циклуса у једној утакмици има 9 тако да једна утакмица може да траје и до три дана.
