Amidaza (EC 3.5.1.4, acilamidaza, acilaza, amidohidrolaza, deaminaza, masna acilamidaza, N-acetilaminohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acilamid amidohidrolaza.^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
