SDZ SER-082
SDZ SER-082 je lek koji deluje kao mešoviti antagonist za 5-HT2B i 5-HT2C serotoninske receptore, sa dobrom selektivnošću za druge tipove serotoninskog receptora i malom preferencijom za 5-HT2C u odnosu na 5-HT2B.[1] On je korišten u životinjskim studijama uticaja dejstva različitih 5-HT2 podtipova,[2][3][4] i kako oni utiču na efekte drugih lekova poput kokaina.[5][6][7]
