Heptadekanska kiselina
Heptadekanska kiselina ili margarinska kiselina je zasićena višemasna kiselina. Njena formula je CH3(CH2)15COOH. Javlja se u masti i mlečnoj masti preživara.[1][2][3][4] Soli i estri heptadekanske kiseline se zovu heptadekanoati.
