Ischnognathus (Ishnognatus — „tanka vilica”) je izumrli rod placentalnih sisara, iz izumrle parafiletske potporodice Hyainailourinae unutar izumrle parafiletske porodice Hyainailouridae, koji je u periodu kasnog eocena nastanjivao područje Sjeverne Amerike.[1][2][3][4][5]
