В скошенном слева червлёном и серебряном щите по линии деления вписана, подобно перевязи, лазоревая обоюдоострая громовая стрела, ударяющая в углы щита, сопровождаемая по сторонам: вверху справа золотым, наполненным пшеничными колосьями того же металла, рогом изобилия, внизу слева лазоревым огнём
