Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Dalboşeţ, potrivit anexei nr. 1.7, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de o fascie dintr-un câmp zidit de argint.În partea superioară, pe fond roşu, se află o liră de aur.În partea inferioară, pe fond roşu, se află trei ghinde înmănunchiate şi două spice de grâu încrucişate, orientate dreapta - stânga, totul de aur.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Zidul de argint aminteşte de vestigiile istorice descoperite pe teritoriul comunei şi care atestă existenţa aşezării încă din perioada Imperiului Roman.Lira de aur simbolizează bogata activitate culturală din localitate, desfăşurată de corul căminului cultural şi al bisericii ortodoxe.Spicele de grâu arată că ocupaţia locuitorilor este agricultura.Ghindele exprimă bogăţia silvică a zonei şi potenţialul turistic.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
