Čeština: Vlajka města Sezemice, okres Pardubice. Červený list se čtyřmi kosmými bílými pruhy, z nichž tři vycházejí z druhé, čtvrté a šesté šestiny žerďového okraje do první, třetí a páté šestiny dolního okraje a jeden z první šestiny horního okraje do šesté šestiny vlajícího okraje. V horním červeném poli žlutá koruna.
