Adelaida-Blanš Anžujska bila je supruga Stefana, grofa od Ževodana,[1][2] zatim tuluskog grofa Remona,[3] pa Luja V[1][4] i na kraju Vilijama I od Provanse.[5][2] Bila je kćerka Fulka II Anžujskog.[5]
