Moris-Pol-Emanuel Saraj (franc. Maurice-Paul-Emmanuel Sarrail; 6. april 1856 — 23. mart 1929) bio je francuski general iz Prvog svetskog rata.[1] Sarajeve otvorene socijalističke političke veze čine ga retkim među među katolicima, konzervativcima i monarhistima, koji su dominirali oficirskim korom francuske vojske u okviru treće Republike i pre rata, i bili su glavni razlog, zašto je on bio imenovan na komandu u Solunu.[2][3]

Odlikovan je Kraljevskim ordenom Karađorđeve zvezde i Kraljevskim ordenom Belog orla. [4]
