Jelena Savić (born 22. March 1981) is Eastern European, that is post-Yugoslav, Roma theoretician, activist and artist from Serbia working in the field of Critical feminist, Roma and race theory, theory of whiteness and digital humanities. She is the founder of critical Roma feminism in Serbia.
Biography
уредиSavić is born in Belgrade, Serbia. She studied adult education at the Faculty of Philosophy and acquired her MA in Philosophy at the Central European University in Budapest. Her engagement with feminism started in 2000s,
She worked for different organizations like Open Society Institute and Roma Education Fund since 2001, also for European Union Fundamental Rights Agency and UNICEF.
