[[Икалуит]] (-{Iqaluit}-), главни град [[Нунавут]]а (-{Nunavut}-), налази се на југоисточној обали. The [[Baffin Mountains]] run along the northeastern coast of the island and are a part of the [[Arctic Cordillera]].
