Legend of the Black Shawarma

Legend of the Black Shawarma je sedmi studijski album izraelskog psihodeličnog trens dua Infected Mushroom. Objavljen je 8. septembra 2009. Album je nazvan po šavarmi, bliskoistočnom jelu sličnodoner kebabu u Turskoj ili girosu u Grčkoj. Naslov je takođe inspirisan Šavarma Hazan, šavarma restoranu u Haifi gdje su Erez Eisen i Amit "Duvdev" Duvdevani jeli.[2]

Istorija uredi

Infected Mushroom su u početku namjeravali da ovo bude konceptualni album, nešto kao dnevnik hrane u njihovim omiljenim restoranima. Tako su prve pjesme napisane za album, nazvane po restoranima Poquito Mas, Saeed, Franks, a prije svega Šavarma Hazan. Međutim, ipak na kraju je odlučeno da se ova ideja napusti, pa je tako glavni singl postala pjesma Smashing the Opponent.[3][4]
