Adenilat ciklaza (EC 4.6.1.1, adenilil ciklaza, adenil ciklaza, AC) je liazni enzim. On je deo cAMP-zavisnog puta.[1]

Adenilat ciklaza katalizuje ATP konverziju u 3',5'-ciklični AMP (cAMP) i pirofosfat.
cAMP (ciklični adenozin monofosfat) je važan molekul u eukariotskoj transdukcija signala. On je takozvani sekundarni glasnik. Adenilat ciklaza može biti aktivirana ili inhibirana G proteinima, koji su spregnuti sa membranom receptora i tako može da proizvodi respons na hormonske i druge stimuluse. Nakon aktivacije adenilat ciklaze, rezultujući cAMP dejstvuje kao sekundarni glasnik interagujući sa i regulišući druge proteine, poput protein kinaze A i ciklični nukleotid kontrolisanih jonskih kanala.
