2-Hlorobenzoat 1,2-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.13, 2-hlorobenzoatna 1,2-dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-halobenzoat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (1,2-hidroksilacija, dehalogenating, dekarboksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je izdvojen iz bakterija Burkholderia cepacia 2CBS. On ima široku supstratnu specifičnost. Supstrati su: 2-fluorobenzoat, 2-hlorobenzoat, 2-bromobenzoat, i 2-iodobenzoat.
