Beta-karotenska izomeraza (EC 5.2.1.14, DWARF27 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom beta-karoten 9-cis-sve-trans izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
