Flavonoid 3',5'-hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.88, flavonoidna 3',5'-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom flavanon,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450). 3',5'-dihidroksiflavanon se formira putem 3'-hidroksiflavanona.
