Glicerolna dehidrataza
Glicerolna dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.30, glicerolna dehidraza, glicerolna hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glicerol hidrolijaza (formira 3-hidroksipropanal).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
