Glukonatna dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.39, D-glukonatna dehidrataza, D-glukonatna hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-glukonat hidrolijaza (formira 2-dehidro-3-dezoksi-D-glukonat).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
