Glukozil-3-fosfoglicerat sintaza (EC 2.4.1.266, GpgS protein, GPG sintaza, glukozilfosfoglicerat sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NDP-glukoza:3-fosfo-D-glicerat 2-alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
