Glukuronozil-N-acetilglukozaminil-proteoglikan 4-a-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.224, alfa-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza II glukuronil-N-acetilglukozaminilproteoglikan alfa-1,4-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:beta-D-glukuronazil-(1->4)-N-acetil-alfa-D-glukozaminil-proteoglikan 4-alfa-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
