Homoglutationska sintaza (EC 6.3.2.23, homoglutationska sintetaza, beta-alanin specifična hGSH sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom gama-L-glutamil-L-cistein:beta-alanin ligaza (formira ADP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
