Melilotat 3-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.4, 2-hidroksifenilpropionatna hidroksilaza, melilotatna hidroksilaza, 2-hidroksifenilpropionska hidroksilaza, melilotinska hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-(2-hidroksifenil)propanoat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
