Sorbozna reduktaza (EC 1.1.1.289, Sou1p) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-glucitol:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

- D-glucitol + NADP+ L-sorboza + NADPH + H+
Reakcija se predominantno odvija u reverznom smeru. Ovaj enzim takođe može da konvertuje D-fruktozu u D-manitol, ali sa manjom brzinom. Sorbozna reduktaza pripada familiji dehidrogenaza kratkog lanca.
