Trans-feruloil-KoA sintaza (EC 6.2.1.34, trans-feruloil-KoA sintetaza, trans-ferulat:KoASH ligaza (hidrolizuje ATP), ferulat:KoASH ligaza (formira ATP)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ferulat:KoA ligaza (hidrolizuje ATP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
