2,5-dihidroksipiridin 5,6-dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.9, 2,5-dihidroksipiridinska oksigenaza, piridin-2,5-diolna dioksigenaza, NicX) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2,5-dihidroksipiridin:kiseonik 5,6-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
