Galat 1-b-glukoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.136, UDP-glukoza-vanilat 1-glukoziltransferaza, UDPglukoza:vanilat 1-O-glukoziltransferaza, UDPglukoza:galat glukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-glukoza:galat beta-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
