Glutamat-tRNKGln ligaza (EC 6.1.1.24, nondiscriminišuća glutamil-tRNK sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-glutamat:tRNKGlx ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
