Радно право је назив за скуп правних норми којима се уређује настанак, садржина и престанак радног односа као и правни положај субјеката радног права.

Сматра се да је у свом развоју радно право прошло кроз четири периода:

Историја уреди

Саргон Акадски је ујединио градове-државе у Асирији и Сумеру у јединствено царство, којим је владао из свог родног града око 2334. године пне. Заједничке месопотамијске стандарде за дужину, површину, запремину, тежину и време, које су користили занатски еснафи у сваком граду, прогласио је Нарум-Сину од Акада (око 2254–2218. п. н. е.), Саргонов унук. Тиме су биле обухваћене и кованице, шекели.[1] Кодекс Хамурабијевог закона 234 (око 1755–1750 пне) предвиђао је 2 шекела преовлађујућу плату за свако пловило од 60 гур (300 бушела) изграђено под уговором о раду између бродоградитеља и власника брода.[2][3][4] Закон 275 предвиђао је трајектну тарифу од 3 гераха дневно за чартер уговор између чартер брода и заповедника. Закон 276 је предвиђао тарифу возарине од 2&#x200Б;1⁄2 гера дневно по уговору о превозу између чартера и заповедника брода, док је Закон 277 предвиђао стопу превоза од 1⁄6 шекела дневно за пловило од 60 гура.[5][6][4]

Године 1816. археолошким ископавањем у Мињи у Египту (под ејалетом Османског царства) откривена је плоча из доба династије Нерва-Антонини из рушевина Антинојевог храма у Антинопољу Римског Египта, која је прописивала правила и чланарину за сахрану друштвеног колегијума основаног у Ланувијуму у Италији приближно 133. године за време Хадријана (117–138) у Римском царству.[7]

Колегијум је било које удружење у старом Риму које је деловало као правно лице. Након усвајања Лекс Јулије за време владавине Јулија Цезара као конзула и диктатора Римске републике (49–44 пне), и њихове поновне потврде током владавине Октавијана Августа као председавајућег сенатора и императора римске армије (27. пне - 14. године), колегијумима је било неопходно одобрење Римског сената или цара да би били овлаштени као правна тела.[8] Рушевине у Ламбезису датирају формирање погробних друштава међу војницима Римске армије и морнарима Римске морнарице до владавине Септимија Севера (193–211) 198. године.[9] У септембру 2011. археолошка истраживања обављена на месту вештачке луке Портус у Риму открила су натписе у бродоградилишту изграђеном за време Трајана (98–117) који указују на постојање цеха бродоградитеља.[10] Римска лука Ла Остија била је дом цеха за corpus naviculariorum, kolegijuma trgovačkih pomoraca.[11] Kolegijum je takođe uključivao bratstva rimskih sveštenika koji su nadgledali ritualne žrtve, praktikovali proricanje, čuvali svete spise, organizovali festivale i održavali specifične verske kultove.[12]
