CDP-glukozna 4,6-dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.45, citidin difosfoglukozna oksidoreduktaza, CDP-glukoza 4,6-hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CDP-glukoza 4,6-hidrolijaza (formira CDP-4-dehidro-6-dezoksi-D-glukoza).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
