Oleoil-(acil-nosilac-protein) hidrolaza (EC 3.1.2.14, acil-(acil-nosilac-protein) hidrolaza, acil-ACP-hidrolaza, acil-acil nosilac protein hidrolaza, oleoil-ACP tioesteraza, oleoil-acil nosilac protein tioesteraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom oleoil-(acil-nosilac protein) hidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
