Cikloheksan-1,2-dionska hidrolaza (EC 3.7.1.11) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cikloheksan-1,2-dion acilhidrolaza (deciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je veoma specifičan. On ne deluje na cikloheksanon ili cikloheksan-1,3-dion.
