D-inozitol-3-fosfat glikoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.250, mikotiolna glikoziltransferazas, MshA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:1D-mio-inozitol 3-fosfat alfa-D-glikosiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
