Izoeugenol sintaza (EC 1.1.1.319, IGS1, t-anol/izoeugenolna sintaza 1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom eugenol:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim deluje u suprotnom smeru. U Ocimum basilicum (bosiljku), Clarkia breweri, i Petunia hybrida jedino se formira izoeugenol. Kod Pimpinella anisum se formira anol in vivo, mada klonirani enzim formira izoeugenol.
