Eritromicin 12 hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.154, EryK) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom eritromicin-D,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (12-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je odgovoran za C-12 hidroksilaciju makrolaktonskog prstena, jedan od zadnjih koraka biosinteze eritromicina.
