Trans-akonitrat 3-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.145, Trans-aconitate 3-methyltransferase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:(E)-prop-1-en-1,2,3-trikarboksilat 3'-O-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
